Live The Rhythm
Experience the rhythm of life at Cherish! Join us to work alongside our team, build relationships, and help with daily tasks. This is a chance to see the Gospel in action and be part of a community that values presence, service, and connection.
Throughout the week, you’ll rotate through different programs and tasks, getting to know our staff and contributing to our mission. Once you experience serving in this capacity, you will desire nothing less!

Teams are made up of 3-12 people, ages 16+

We’re flexible! You can have a day tour or serve up to 7 days. Teams are welcome to come during February-November, December & January are closed to team trips.

If you are an individual that wants to visit, but does not have a team, we would be more than happy to try and connect you with a team that has an open spot available.
Family Trips! One of favorite types of trips is when families come together to Live the Rhythm at Cherish!

Excursion options are available for teams that wish to see more of Uganda after serving at Cherish (Safari, visiting the source of the Nile, Gorilla Trekking, etc.)
Please note that Cherish does not coordinate for you but we can connect you with some tour guides that we recommend.
Come & See
Coworkers from California travel to Uganda to serve with Cherish. The Planning Center Team helped us build a home for a boy who used to live in our Cherish Homes but had an opportunity to be reunited with his older sister if only they had a safe place to live.
