Visitor's Checklist
We are so excited that you are visiting Cherish Uganda! As you are prepping for your trip, this page will be your go to for everything you need to know about making the journey the beautiful country of Uganda.
(1) Tell Us About You
We require all of our visitors to fill out the ‘About You’ form so that we can accommodate you to the best of our abilities! Beyond the information you provide in this form, your Team Lead will be your reference point leading up to & during your trip.
(2) Get Your Shots
The Yellow Fever vaccine is required to enter the country but be sure to check the CDC Guidelines below & talk to your doctor about what other vaccines you should receive before traveling to Uganda. Costco offers a Travel Consultation program that can be helpful, if you are unsure!
(3) Download the Visitor's Packet
Download & print the Cherish Uganda Visitor's Guide. This guide will answer all of your traveling FAQs and will help prepare you for your visit.
(4) Apply for a Travel Visa
Once your flights are booked & you have your necessary vaccines, you can apply for your visa! We know that it can be a tedious process. Here is a list of things you need to help simplify the process.
Are You Fundraising For Your Trip?
If you need help fundraising, we can setup a personalized fundraising page for your team! This is a great way for you to give friends and family a place to give online to support your trip. Just send us an email with your trip details!
